Well, I’ve been beating around the bush but I’ve been meaning to write about male pattern baldness because of the massive effects it has on men's hair style. It’s no secret that baldness in males is a common occurrence. Many men deal with their baldness by shaving their heads, covering up their heads, or seeking treatment. Male pattern baldness is caused by a number of different things including: hormones, stress, and aging, so there is no surefire way to knock it out.

A dilemma that these men face is in that they don’t know how to style their hair with what little they have. Another problem is that even though a certain style may have worked for them at one time, it may have been superseded by the continual loss of hair that they are experiencing. So what’s the best option? There is no easy way to get around the privation of baldness but the best way is to accept it.

Men have trouble accepting their hair loss because it is a vital part of ‘who they are’ and can often attribute a loss of self esteem to their loss of hair. Common options for treatment include the use of topical and natural products.

Topical treatments are applied to the scalp usually a few times daily and can cause skin irritation and or sensitive skin. Topical solutions can also be found in special shampoos that will benefit hair re-growth.

Natural hair loss products usually come in the form of a tablet or capsule. These capsules contain a variety of vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, and other substances that a found to be nutritive to hair follicles. The most common ingredients are B vitamins, zinc, nettle root, and pumpkin. Natural treatment of hair loss is viewed as the safest way to combat hair loss because there are far fewer negative side effects and they often benefit your overall health.
