Hi Danny!
I used to have long hair and whenever I went to the gym I'd wear a
headband. Depending on your hair style and personal preference, it may
or may not be the way to go. If your limited from using headbands or
ties to keep your hair under control, then the next best option is to
fix the problem at it's source... the treadmill. Although treadmills
offer a taxing workout, there are plenty other machines at the gym that
can offer the equivalent without the pounding physical force that
causes your hair to fly about. You might try the an elliptical machine
or even a stair stepper.
